Restoration of old / damaged photos has become an instant hit!!! With my Photoshop CS4 and Topaz Bundle, I can work wonders on your valued memories...please view below for some before and after shots. I can take your original picture and re-photograph it to make a digital image or work with your image file. Reprinting is a breeze with the Fotomoto tools found at the top of the page.

Re-touched photo for a friend. Original had an ugly pipe at the bottom left of the lower pool. The artist has been wanting to fix this "defect" for years. The original photo was taken by Larry Rehn near Valdez, Alaska, in 1985 - Canon AE-1 with 28 - 80mm lens.

I removed the pipe and "cloned" in the surrounding area using the rocks and water, then added a little exposure correction to brighten up the surrounding greens and yellows.

Working with under-exposed photos presents a unique challenge even for the powerful software available today. I deepened the cyan sky a bit to lessen that washed out effect and brought out the details on the prized catch and the proud fisherman. Photo taken around noon in Alaska, somewhere around August 25, 2008, on "No Name Lake". You can only get there by flying in, and it's about 90 miles west of Fairbanks.  We must have caught about 15-20 fish; my big one estimated at 24-25 lbs.  Sure was a fun trip!

"Steve, thanks for the work on the picture.  I figured you would take it as a challenge and it sounds like you did. "

Restored this photo for my own use.  Original was faded and damaged. I hung the photo vertical on the wall, took a picture to make a digital image, then processed using my software. Final image is light balanced and detail enhanced using Topaz.

This photo has sentimental value and was in need of restoration for some time. Originally shot in 1986 as part of a photography class at Richland college.
